An interactive audio/visual installation created using Ableton & Processing.
The installation used a launchpad Midi controller as well as a Leap Motion Hand sensor. Each button created different noises and visuals on the screen, while the hand sensor filtered and distorted the audio and visuals.
The installation needed people to play with it to come alive, otherwise it was just a floating sphere. This created an unexpected social interaction; people would want to take pictures with themselves and the projection, and would ask other people to play the instruments for them to create the background.
